Our raw, organic multifloral honey has a light and creamy flavour , it varies a little from batch to batch as the flowers change due to the season  but tends to have a slight vanilla taste with a hint of wild flowers.  It comes from bees feeding on the small wild flowers in the Mediterranean area. Spring narcissi, crocuses, lavender, brimeura, gagae and romulea just to name a few!

Storage

Keep the lid fully closed in a dark cupboard. Please know that raw honey does crystallise and it is a natural process of raw honey therefore we cannot accept returns on honey that may have crystallised.
